Maybe we should add a section that offers a history of the use single vessel soleras in beer, as well as mentioning the origin of the term as we have come to use it. - Thanks, Colin. I added links to those references in the "Claims of Misuse of the Traditional Meaning" section. I think that it is worth noting that the 200 year old barrel is not referred to as a "solera" by the owners of the barrel, as far as I can tell from the article.
