Greetings everyone! This wiki is a VERY EARLY work in progress. Please stay tuned for updates. New accounts have been disabled until a full team is assembled to help manage.
 
Milk the Funk started off as a simple idea to get homebrewers interested in more advanced and "funky" topics talking. Since its inception, Milk the Funk is becoming a communal authority on alternative yeast and bacteria fermentation. It is our hope that this wiki will serve many people in their endeavors, becoming the go-to place and knowledgebase when it comes to alternative brewing.
