Every year the [http://www.homebrewersassociation.org/ American Homebrewers Assocation] hosts the [http://www.ahaconference.org/ HomebrewCon (formerly the "National Homebrewers Conference")]. This is a list of seminars that were given at past conferences that involve sour/funk brewing.
