Although Landrace '''landrace''' and Farmhouse is a term '''farmhouse''' are terms used in many instances, this page will be using it as a descriptor of a yeast or mixed culture that derives from a traditional Farmhousefarmhouse/landrace brewing cultures from around the world. Not This term was first used by Tyrawa et al.
